Winter Season Series

by Crystal Chiang

Let’s face it. Every student pastor needs more time. In order to meet that need, XP3 is now releasing an entire season of content, four series, all at once to give you more time to plan for the semester.

With that said, we are pleased to announce the 2013 Winter Series—12 weeks of content designed to follow the natural rhythms of a student’s life through the holiday season and beyond. This content will take you through the months of November, December and January. These series will be released throughout the month of September.

TEN is a series in the Andy Stanley Collection, a collection of series and teaching scripts that provide powerful, simple truths delivered in a style that is straightforward and conversational. Series length: 2 weeks

Category: Examine Biblically

Most of us know the key characters of Christmas: Mary, Joseph, shepherds and wise men—and, of course, Jesus. At least we THINK we know them. Behind the scenes, in the culture and lives of these characters, we find them facing some of the same questions we do. Do I have a part to play? Do I matter? How do I make the right choice? Through the eyes of these well-known figures, we discover that everyone has a decision to make and a part to play.

Branding—it’s everywhere. You can’t turn on the TV or drive down the street without seeing hundreds of product logos. Companies spend millions of dollars trying to shape how YOU see THEM, developing their brand. But what about the church? What is OUR brand? By focusing on Philippians chapter 2, students discover how the way that they love people—both inside and outside the church—determines what they will be known for and how they are Branded.

Movements are everywhere. Whether it’s providing shoes or clothing, food or shelter, safety or simply awareness, our culture is flooded with events and opportunities to serve. And that’s a good thing. But what about when the event is over? Through the MOVE series, students discover how to develop a rhythm of service in their lives and how to focus their attention on honoring God by consistently moving on behalf of others.
