The end of the year is a great time to pause, take a breath, and reflect. It’s a chance to celebrate the wins, take note of the setbacks, and make plans to improve in the New Year. And this practice of pausing and reflecting isn’t just helpful in our personal lives; it’s helpful for our ministries as well.
That’s why we reached out to a few of our amazing XP3 Partners to see if they’d be willing to answer a few questions about their year in student ministry. We’re calling it a Year-End Review, and each week through the end of the year we’ll be sharing a video like this from one of our partners. The hope is that, as they share their experiences and insight, you’ll be challenged and encouraged to reflect on your own ministry heading into 2017.
This week we’re hearing from Colton Key. Colton is the Student Pastor at Crossway Church in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
|Student ministry isn’t just about the students. It’s about the leaders you have and the parents who have the most time with the students you’re trying to invest in. – Colton Key|
