Sunday: God chose to give us His only Son, Jesus, to be our friend forever. Watch the video on the App http://bit.ly/2ijFJc6
Monday: Practice cutting hearts. Fold paper in half. Draw half of a heart starting at the folded edge. Cut along the line. Unfold the paper. Talk about how hearts make you think of love. God loves us SO much, He gave us Jesus to be our friend forever.
Wednesday: Add a plastic bowl and measuring cup to bath time. While bathing your child, encourage them to use the measuring cup to scoop and pour water into the bowl. Each time they pour a scoop of water into the bowl, tell them to say, “God loves me.”
Thursday: God loves the whole world so much that He gave us His Son, Jesus. Create this awesome world together as a reminder of His love. http://ididityoudoit.blogspot.com/2020/03/styrofoam-earth.html
Friday: As you drive or take a walk, take turns naming people and things you love (food, friends, family, movies, toys, candy, etc.). When you’re done, look at your child and say, “And God loves YOU!”
Saturday: Cuddle with your child and pray, “Dear God, I know you love us A LOT because you gave us Your only Son, Jesus, to be our friend forever. Thank You, God. Thank You for loving us, and thank You for Jesus. In Jesus’ name we pray, amen.”
