Social Media Plan for Reaching Parents Starting January 19, 2020

Here is the First Look Social Media Plan for influencing parents to interact with their preschoolers. If you missed the first post explaining our plan, please click here. The following information will be 7 tweets/Facebook posts, 2 pictures or ideas for Instagram, and 2 articles to pin on Pinterest.  Feel free to use any and all of this information but don’t feel tied to these updates word for word.  These are simply examples that you could copy and paste if you wanted or you can add your own personality.  These posts should start going out on Sunday, January 19, 2020. This is considered week three of the January curriculum. If you have any questions, suggestions, or even content that other people could use to help influence parents for this week then please leave your comments below the post.

Facebook and Twitter:
Sunday: Today’s Bible story was about when Jesus fed over 5000 people with only five loaves of bread and two fish. Watch the video on the App

Monday: Tell your child to gather all of his toy friends for a picnic. Let your child use toy food, paper plates, and a real snack for himself. Talk about how Jesus fed over 5000 people with only 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish. Jesus can do anything!

Tuesday: “A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination and instill a love of learning.” – Brad Henry

Wednesday: As you drive, point out objects and ask what they can do. Ex: “There’s a traffic light. What can they do? (Tell us to stop and go.) There’s a big truck. What can it do? (Carry stuff.)” End saying, “Hey, who can do ANYTHING? Jesus can do anything!”

Thursday:  The future of your children is not only linked to what they know, but to their desire to keep learning.

Friday: Don’t miss this month’s podcast to help parents do family better! Listen to Parent Cue Live!

Saturday: Dear God, You are SO good! Thank You for sending us Jesus and that nothing is too hard for Him. I know we can trust all of the hard things to Jesus and He will help us. I love You, God. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
