Here is the First Look Social Media Plan for influencing parents to interact with their preschoolers. If you missed the first post explaining our plan, please click here. The following information will be 7 tweets/Facebook posts, 2 pictures or ideas for Instagram, and 2 articles to pin on Pinterest. Feel free to use any and all of this information but don’t feel tied to these updates word for word. These are simply examples that you could copy and paste if you wanted or you can add your own personality. These posts should start going out on Sunday, February 23, 2020. This is considered week four of the February curriculum. If you have any questions, suggestions, or even content that other people could use to help influence parents for this week then please leave your comments below the post.

Sunday: Jesus tells us to love other people the same way He loves us. Watch the video on the App http://bit.ly/2ijFJc6
Monday: Cook something with your child, but let them have their own cooking supplies/ingredients. Tell them to do what you do. While eating, talk about how Jesus told us to love people the way He loves people. We’re supposed to do what He does.
Tuesday: The only possible way to protect the hearts of my children was to guide them towards forgiveness. This would take some time . . . some work. https://theparentcue.org/forgiveness-matters/”
Wednesday: Add bath crayons/shaving cream. Tell your child to copy you as you draw with a crayon or trace with your finger into the shaving cream. Switch and copy your child. Talk about how Jesus wants us to love people the way He does. He wants us to copy Him!
Thursday: When your kid pushes, prove you can’t be pushed away. When they change, prove you will love them consistently. When they break your trust, prove you are someone who can be trusted.
Friday: Here’s a sneak peek at what your preschoolers will be learning in March: https://vimeo.com/379809070
Saturday: Cuddle with your child and pray, “Dear God, Jesus is the best at loving people. Jesus is kind. He helps people. He shares. He encourages. He tells the truth. Help us to love people the way Jesus loves us. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
