Whew! It’s here, the day you’ve worked hard to prepare for. It’s arrival day in First Look and destination Orange. You researched, recruited, trained, announced, and created your environment. Sounds like it is time for an Orange celebration!
Because you are prepared, it’s time to enjoy this part! Make a big Orange splash. Orange (Mylar for preschoolers) balloons, orange treats, orange give-aways and bling, First Look music, banners announcing your First Look and Orange launch.
Is this it? You’ve reached the destination you planned to reach. But it is really just the beginning. Keep going and growing in the world of Orange. Your volunteers, parents, and ministry partners can grow with you. As you become more comfortable with First Look, consider how you can stretch to other age groups, how you can partner more intentionally with parents, how you can treat every child who breathes like they are made in the image of God.
This is just the beginning of your Orange journey. We want to travel with you each step of the way!
