It is SO hard to not judge a book by its cover. We all tend to focus on what’s on the outside rather than doing the harder work of getting to know someone from the inside out. But the INSIDE is what really matters and what SHOULD matter to us. I think we must first start by examining our own hearts. What is in us that God needs to transform? Is it envy or jealousy? Is it anger or an inflated ego? Let’s ask God to help us put up a mirror to our own hearts and root out the stuff that distances us from Him. Then we can begin to see others the way He does. Because [Bottom Line]: God wants me to see what really matters.
