This week we’ve spent time examining the wins of 2009, what we’ve learned, and what we would do over. On this final day of 2009, it’s time to start looking forward. Set goals, make plans, and decide in advance how you want to answer the questions of the past few days when you come to December 31, 2010.
What do you want to accomplish in 2010?
What do you want to be proud of?
What wins do you want to have experienced?
What do you want to have learned?
Who do you want to have learned from?
What mistakes do you want to have avoided because of what you learned in 2009?
It’s time to think ahead. Plan today where you want to be at the end of next year and begin devising a path to take you there (we’ll talk more about that path tomorrow).
