Sunday mornings can go at a fast and furious pace. If we aren’t strategic, we can miss key relational connections. Gather your team of volunteers for a brief gathering before the serving begins. Do you know the song “Lean on Me?” Kind of want to sing it right now, don’t you? The lyrics of this song remind us that we all, at one time or another, need someone to help us out. It was true for Moses when we had to hold up that staff to bring victory to the Israelites. God helped Aaron and Hur so they could help Moses. We all need somebody to lean on. And sometimes, we might need to be the “me” that others can count on too. Thankfully, God will help us help others. What an awesome truth to teach our kids. Who helps you do big things? [Bottom Line] God helps me do big things.
