Here is the First Look Social Media Plan for influencing parents to interact with their preschoolers. If you missed the first post explaining our plan, please click here. The following information will be 7 tweets/Facebook posts, 2 pictures or ideas for Instagram, and 2 articles to pin on Pinterest. Feel free to use any and all of this information but don’t feel tied to these updates word for word. These are simply examples that you could copy and paste if you wanted or you can add your own personality. These posts should start going out on Sunday, October 20, 2019. This is considered week three of the October curriculum. If you have any questions, suggestions, or even content that other people could use to help influence parents for this week then please leave your comments below the post.

Sunday: Today’s Bible story was about Miriam being brave and doing a big job. Watch the video on the App http://bit.ly/2ijFJc6
Monday: Pull out a lot of blocks or a puzzle with several pieces. Tell your child you have a big job to do together (build a tower or complete a puzzle). As you play, talk about how Miriam did a big job and God will help us do big jobs too!
Tuesday: There’s often miscommunication between teachers & parents, leading to mutual frustration that don’t benefit your child. Here are a few things you can do.
Wednesday: Each time you get out of the car, tell your child to strike his/her best super kid pose as you strike your own pose. Then, say together, “God can help me be brave!” Now you’re both ready for whatever comes your way!
Thursday: It’s important to widen your circle; read this, then get the free resource from the website! https://theparentcue.org/how-to-widen-your-family-circle/
Friday: Don’t miss this month’s podcast to help parents do family better! Listen to Parent Cue Live! http://theparentcue.org/parentcuelive/
Saturday: Cuddle with your child this month and pray, “Dear God, please help us remember that You are always with us so we can be strong, courageous, and brave, no matter what comes our way. We love You, God! In Jesus’ name, amen.”
