Here is the First Look Social Media Plan for influencing parents to interact with their preschoolers. If you missed the first post explaining our plan, please click here. The following information will be 7 tweets/Facebook posts, 2 pictures or ideas for Instagram, and 2 articles to pin on Pinterest. Feel free to use any and all of this information but don’t feel tied to these updates word for word. These are simply examples that you could copy and paste if you wanted or you can add your own personality. These posts should start going out on Sunday, November 25, 2018. This is considered week four of the November curriculum. If you have any questions, suggestions, or even content that other people could use to help influence parents for this week then please leave your comments below the post.

Monday: Make a family thankful picture. Get a large piece of paper, and tell each family member to draw a picture of something they are really thankful for. Write each person’s name and what they drew under their picture, and then hang it in your home.
Tuesday: We all know that Christmas creates incredible pressure, and your family ends up caving under the weight of expectation. How do you fix that? Here are some holiday tips that can make your holiday more peaceful all around : https://wp.me/p5ijhZ-3Mr
Wednesday: While bathing your child, add toy foods to the bath. Ask your child to line them up on the edge of the tub, name them, and then count them. Talk about how thankful you are for people who give you food (farmers, truck drivers, grocery clerks, etc).
Thursday: As a family, what if you deliberately chose to spend time focusing on God’s ultimate gift of compassion by showing compassion to others?
Friday: Here’s a sneak peek at what your preschoolers will be learning in December: https://vimeo.com/289086213
Saturday: Cuddle up with your child this month and pray, “Dear God, we are SO thankful for all of the yummy food You give us. Thank You for . . .” You and your child can take turns naming your favorite foods. “We love You, God. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
