Here is the First Look Social Media Plan for influencing parents to interact with their preschoolers. If you missed the first post explaining our plan, please click here. The following information will be 7 tweets/Facebook posts, 2 pictures or ideas for Instagram, and 2 articles to pin on Pinterest. Feel free to use any and all of this information but don’t feel tied to these updates word for word. These are simply examples that you could copy and paste if you wanted or you can add your own personality. These posts should start going out on Sunday, May 26, 2019. This is considered week four of the May curriculum. If you have any questions, suggestions, or even content that other people could use to help influence parents for this week then please leave your comments below the post.

Sunday: “David chose to be brave, because he knew God was with him, and he fought Goliath for God’s people.” Watch the video on the App http://bit.ly/2ijFJc6
Monday: Help your child make a short David and a super tall Goliath out of Play-Doh. Roll five small stones. Talk about how much bigger Goliath was than David. God helped David be brave when he went to battle. God will help us be brave too!
Tuesday: Sometimes it can be hard for new fathers to connect with a new baby. Here are 6 ways new dads can bond with their newborns: https://theparentcue.org/6-ways-new-dads-can-bond-with-their-newborns%EF%BB%BF/
Wednesday: While bathing your child, add a big bowl and little bath toys. Tell your child to put the toys inside the bowl. Talk about how the toys are little and the bowl is big. As you dry your child, say, “God helps you do big things!”
Thursday: Make the effort to tuck your kids into bed as often as you can. They may open up in those moments more than any other moment.
Friday: Here’s a sneak peek at what your preschoolers will be learning in June: http://bit.ly/2uENQSQ
Saturday: Cuddle with your child and pray, “Dear God, You are so powerful. Your love is SO big. That’s why we don’t ever have to be afraid. Your power and love is always with us, helping us be brave and do big things. We love You, God. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
