Here is the First Look Social Media Plan for influencing parents to interact with their preschoolers. If you missed the first post explaining our plan, please click here. The following information will be 7 tweets/Facebook posts, 2 pictures or ideas for Instagram, and 2 articles to pin on Pinterest. Feel free to use any and all of this information but don’t feel tied to these updates word for word. These are simply examples that you could copy and paste if you wanted or you can add your own personality. These posts should start going out on Sunday, December 15, 2018. This is considered week three of the December curriculum. If you have any questions, suggestions, or even content that other people could use to help influence parents for this week then please leave your comments below the post.

Tuesday: This Christmas, in the fight to make it all matter, remember that normal can be just as impactful as the big stuff. https://theparentcue.org/christmas-reality/
Wednesday: As you drive, ask your child what’s special about things you see or hear. “What’s special about that tree? What’s special about that truck? What’s special about that song?” Every so often ask, “Why is Jesus special?” The answer: Jesus is God’s Son!
Thursday: Advent Day 20: More Angels Come to Celebrate the Good News – They arrive at the shepherd’s field and begin praising God! Volunteer at a local food kitchen. (Don’t forget to smile and say, “Merry Christmas!”)
Friday: Don’t miss this month’s podcast to help parents do family better! Listen to Parent Cue Live! http://theparentcue.org/parentcuelive/
Saturday: Cuddle up with your child and pray, “Dear God, Christmas is almost here! We love the lights, music, and presents! But most of all, we love Jesus. Help us to tell everyone about Jesus, so He can be their friend forever too. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
