Here is the First Look Social Media Plan for influencing parents to interact with their preschoolers. If you missed the first post explaining our plan, please click here. Feel free to use any and all of this information but don’t feel tied to these updates word for word. These are simply examples that you could copy and paste if you wanted or you can add your own personality. These posts should start going out on Sunday, April 28, 2019. This is considered week four of the April curriculum. Sunday: Jesus surprised His friends when He showed up on the beach and cooked breakfast for them. They were so happy to see Him! Watch the video on the App http://bit.ly/2ijFJc6
Monday: Pack some of your favorite snacks. Grab a few stuffed friends and a blanket. Go outside and have a picnic together. Talk about how Jesus had a breakfast picnic with His friends. Jesus was a good friend to them, and He is our good friend too!
Tuesday: You may not be able to fix the sandwich you cut in triangles instead of squares. But there are a few ways to help your child navigate their sea of intense feelings. https://theparentcue.org/helping-your-preschooler-navigate-their-emotions/
Wednesday: As you drive, take turns naming your favorite foods. Talk about how Jesus cooked food for His friends. Do you remember what Jesus cooked for them? He cooked fish and bread. Jesus is such a good friend!
Thursday: Notice something that your child is really good at and tell them you noticed.

Saturday: Cuddle with your child and pray, “Dear God, it has been a wonderful month celebrating Easter and our good friend Jesus. Help us continue to celebrate that Jesus is alive and He wants to be our friend forever. We love You, God. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
