Sunday mornings are like game day for children’s ministry. Just like any good coach, gather your team of volunteers for a pre-game pep talk. Answer any questions about the curriculum and ask for prayer requests. Then read the following devotion to kick the morning off:
The four friends did what they needed to do together to get their friend to Jesus. And even when the odds seemed impossible, they put their heads together to find a way in. It’s important to note that this task would have been pretty much impossible for one person to do alone. That’s why cooperation is so important. There are needs all around us and sometimes, those needs seem so very big. Let’s remind our kids that they don’t have to go it alone. First, we must look for the needs around us and then [Bottom Line] work together to help someone in need.
