Doesn’t it feel like everyone is angry lately? You don’t have to look very far to find someone losing his or her cool. From the frustrated guy in traffic, to the frazzled Mom who snaps at the employee in the check-out line, to the angry rants crowding your social media feed, people are losing their tempers left and right. Proverbs 16:32 reminds us that a patient person is better than a warrior. To stop and pause and THINK first before reacting is better. But it’s not something that comes naturally. We need self-control – a fruit of God’s spirit in us – to respond with patience. Let’s help our kids see that with God’s help, you can [Bottom Line] think before you lose your temper.
