Social Media Plan for Elementary Parents starting February 12

These posts are designed to review the lesson, so plan for them to appear in your ministry’s social media accounts after you’ve taught the lesson in your ministry.

Also, if you share social media accounts with other ministries in your organization, coordinate with them to develop a plan for when to schedule posts and how to designate the intended audience.

Thursday, February 16
Facebook: Check in with your child to see how full their love tank is with this dinner question: What do you think are the things I love about you? Listen to their answers carefully, affirm them and then pile on even more things to the list. Ask them which one means the most to them.

Instagram: We can show love to our friends by comforting them while they hurt.


Friday, February 17
Twitter/Facebook: At bedtime, read Mark 4: 35-41. Ask God to show you ways to encourage those going through storms this week.
